Counselors for this Initiative are known as Career Advisors, who have been nominated by their community lead based on their knowledge of the role(s) within that community and their ability to provide advice and guidance to others who are looking to change role within CIS UK.

Counselees are professionals who are looking for rapid answers and support on a specific topic, skill, etc.
